摘 要: 以委内瑞拉链霉菌秦岭变种RL-1(Streptomyces venezuelae var. qinlingensis RL-1)为出发菌株,应用链霉素抗性筛选法,将经过紫外线诱变处理后的孢子涂布于含有链霉素最小抑制浓度(10μg/mL)的培养基平板上,获得146株链霉素抗性突变株,并从中筛选到对稻瘟病菌拮抗性能为出发菌株的3.77倍、且遗传稳定性良好的高产菌株Glx-93。进一步生测试验表明,突变株Glx-93对5种病原真菌和4种病原细菌的抗菌活性比原始菌株有显著提高。 The zuelacmycin-producing strain Streptomyces venezuelae var. qinlingensis RL-1 was used as an original strain. A method of streptomycin resistance screening was applied to improve the productivity of zuelacmycin. The spores treated with UV light were regenerated on agar plates containing 10ug/mL streptomycin. Strain Glx-93 with high antibiotic yield and genetic stability was obtained from 146 streptomycin-resistant mutants. The antibacterial activity of Glx-93 was improved by 3.77 times compared with the original strain. The furter bioassay experiments exhibited that the fungicidal and antibacterial of the fermentation from Glx-93 were remarkable increased comparing with the original strain.
