摘 要: 研究豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物对小鼠的一般生殖毒性。昆明种小鼠80只,随机分为4组,每组20只,雌雄各半。设一个空白对照组和3个试验组,给药剂量分别为56.62、14.15和3.54 mg/kg。交配前雄鼠连续给药28 d,雌鼠连续给药14 d,雌雄按1∶1合笼交配,发现阴道栓之日定为受孕始日,交配后雌鼠继续给药13 d。结果表明,56.62 mg/kg对雄鼠、雌鼠、仔鼠均有影响,表现为雄鼠附睾质量(P<0.01)、附睾系数(P<0.05)、精子总数(P<0.01)的异常;雌鼠体质量的下降(P<0.05)以及仔鼠第4天成活率的降低(P<0.05)。14.15 mg/kg使雄鼠附睾质量(P<0.01)和附睾系数(P<0.05)降低并造成精子总数增多(P<0.05)。3.54 mg/kg对所有指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。因此,在本试验条件下,小鼠一般生殖毒性无作用剂量为3.54 mg/kg,相当于肿瘤有效治疗量的1.31倍。 To study the general reproductive toxicity of secondary metabolites of Rhizotonia leguminicola on mouse. 80 KM mices were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group 20, female and male own a half respectively. Design 1 control group and 3 test groups, 56.62 mg/kg, 14.15 mg/kg, 3.54 mg/kg is used in every test groups. Affuse to male mouse 28 days before mating, female mouse 14 days, 1 : 1 mating, the day finding vagina cork as the 0 d of pregnancy. After mating, affuse 13days to the female continually. The result showed that there are impacts of 56.62mg/kg to male mouse,female mouse,young mouse, by the abnormity of weight of epididymis(P〈0.01) and epididymis coefficient (P〈0.05) as well as the total number of sperm(P〈0.01). The weight of female mouse(P〈0.05) and the 4 day survival rate of young mouse(P〈0.05) are low. 14.15 mg/kg leads to the reduce of weight of epididymis(P〈0.01) and epididymis coefficient (P〈0.05) , results into the growth of total number of sperm(P〈0.05). There is not remarkable impact on all index of 3.54 mg/kg (P〉0. 05). Consequently, under the situation of this test, the observed adverse effect level (NOAEL) of general reproductive toxicity is about 3.54mg/kg in mouse, as 1.31 times of the effective treatment dose of tumor.
