超细粉体凹凸棒石助凝处理污染河水的研究
Treatment of Polluted River Water by Coagulation Aid of Micro-size Powdered Attapulgite

摘  要: 通过投加超细粉体(200目)凹凸棒石原土及酸改性凹凸棒石,考察了其对聚合氯化铝(PAC)处理污染河水的助凝效果。结果表明,原土和酸改性土均有较好的助凝效果,在投加了原土和酸改性土后,对污染物的去除率均有很大提高。当原土和酸改性土的投量为1%时,对COD的去除率分别提高了26%和39%,对NH3-N的去除率分别提高了11%和25%,对浊度的去除率分别提高了37%和53%,对TP的去除率分别提高了15%和7%。投加原土和酸改性土明显改善了絮体的沉降性能,当投量为1%时,产生的污泥体积均不及单独投加PAC的1/2,降低了后续处理的难度。原土与酸改性土复配时,在投量为0.6%的条件下,其适宜的比例为1∶2,且处理效果优于同一投加量下原土或酸改性土的。 The coagulation aid efficiencies of original attapulgite and acid modified attapulgite (200 mesh) were investigated by adding them into polluted river water treated by PAC. The results show that both the original attapulgite and acid modified attapulgite are effective to improve the removal of contaminants. When the dosages of original attapulgite and acid modified attapulgite are 1% , the removal rates are increased by 26% and 39% for COD, 11% and 25% for NH3 - N, 37% and 53% for turbidity, 15% and 7% for TP respectively. The original attapulgite and acid modified attapulgite can improve the floc settleability obviously. As the dosage is 1%, the volume of the sludge produced is less than half of single PAC. Therefore, the difficulty of the follow-up treatment is decreased. When the original attapulgite and acid modified attapulgite are combined, the appropriate ratio is 1 : 2 at dosage of 0.6%. Their efficiency is better than that of single original attapulgite or acid modified attapulgite under the same dosage.
