摘 要: 采用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)研究了胶团强化超滤法对水中低浓度Cd2+的去除效果,考察了SDS浓度和跨膜压力对膜截留和渗透性能的影响。结果表明,当SDS与金属离子的浓度比为10时,SDS胶团强化超滤法对Cd2+的截留率>98%。超滤过程中的浓差极化受压力和浓度的共同影响。适当强度的浓差极化作用可以促进Cd2+的截留,严重的浓差极化则对Cd2+的截留非常不利,且浓差极化阻力的增大还会降低膜的渗透性能。 The removal of low-concentration Cd^2+ from aqueous solution by micellar enhanced ultrafiltration with anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was studied. The effects of SDS concentration and transmembrane pressure on membrane rejection and permeability were investigated. When the molar ratio of SDS to metal ions is 10, the rejection rate of Cd^2+ is higher than 98%. Concentration polarization, a function of concentration and transmembrane pressure, is crucial to membrane performance in micellar enhanced ultrafiltration. The moderate concentration polarization favors the rejection of Cd^2+ , while excessive concentration polarization harms the rejection of Cd^2+ The membrane permeability is decreased with the increase of polarization resistance.
