摘 要: 介绍高速纸箱成型机的结构及工作原理,采用解析法建立展开成型机构中的凸轮轮廓曲线方程,推导出机构摆杆各阶段的角位移、角速度和角加速度方程。通过VB编程生成凸轮廓线并导入Solidworks中生成三维实体模型,最后利用CAE插件COSMOS Motion对该机构进行了运动仿真。仿真结果分析表明,该机构运转平稳并且可以实现纸箱成型机的成型能力提高50%。 Structure and working principle of high speed carton erector was introduced, cam profile curve was designed through analytical method, and the equations of angular displacement, angular veloci ty, and angular acceleration were deduced. The cam profile curve program was imported into Solidworks to produced 313 model, and then mechanism motion simulation was carried out by COSMOS Motion. The simulation result analysis indicated that this organization revolution is steady, and may realize the paper box shaper's formation ability to enhance 50%.
