摘 要: 用反相悬浮法,以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化胺(DMC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,V-50为引发剂,合成了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)。实验结果表明,较佳工艺条件为:分散剂为浓度3.6%的Span60-Span80(1︰1),引发剂浓度0.6‰,单体配比AM︰DMC为1︰1,单体浓度为60%。 An cationic polyacrylamide was synthesized by inversed phase suspension polymerization which using acrylamide and (2-Methacryloyloxyethyl) trimethyl ammonium chloride as comonomer, V-50 as initator. The obtained optimum reaction conditions were as follows, composition of dispersants span60-span80 was 1:1, dispersants concentration was 3.6 %, initiators concentration was 0.6 ‰, ratio of AM to DMC was 1 : 1, monomer concentration in aqueous phase was 60 %.
