摘　　要： SiC陶瓷材料因其具有良好的耐磨、耐冲刷、耐腐蚀等优异的特性,被广泛应用机械、化工等行业。本文采用双向加压的压制成型方法,通过无压烧结,成功的研制了在高耐磨、耐冲刷环境下所使用的喷砂机用喷砂嘴。 silicon carbide ceramic（SiC） has been large applicated such as mechanics and chemical engineering etc due to its wear resistance, corrosion resistance and antiscour. Therefore,this picture preparated sand jet of silicon carbide ceramic which was applicated in special condition. Production was made into by a method of which is dry pressing with two-way and then presureless sintering.
