摘　　要： 以14×6JJ铝合金汽车轮毂为研究对象,根据疲劳寿命预测理论,建立轮毂受力危险点处的疲劳寿命曲线。把局部应力应变法推广应用于高周疲劳,对轮毂进行疲劳寿命计算。运用可靠度理论,对预测得到的轮毂寿命进行可靠度计。算结果表明,局部应力应变法经过修正推广应用于预测汽车轮毂的疲劳寿命具有较高的可靠性。 Taking 14 ×6JJ alloy wheels for automotive research, according to fatigue life prediction theory, the risk of wheel force point of fatigue life curve was set up. The local stress-strain method was applied to high cycle fatigue, the fatigue life of wheel was calculated. With the reliability theory, the predicted lifetime reliability wheel was calculated. The results showed that the local stress-strain method was applied to the revised forecast of automobile wheel fatigue life with high reliability.
