摘　　要： 沃特·迪克是教学系统设计的著名专家,也是教育技术学领域的杰出专家之一。文章主要评述了沃特·迪克的系统化教学设计思想及其实际应用,探讨其系统化教学设计理论的贡献和影响,并对著名的迪克—凯瑞模型的应用进行述评。 Waiter Dick is a distinguished expert in Instruction Systematic Design, and also he is one of the outstanding leaders in the field of Educational Technology. In this article, the authors review his theory of Instruction Systematic Design and its practice applications, try to discuss the contributions and effect of his theory of Instruction Systematic Design and the implement of well-known Dick ＆ Carey mode.
