摘 要: 从旅游企业可持续发展视角分析企业核心竞争力问题,在旅游产业大众化、国际化以及客户需求多样化的背景下,阐述了其核心竞争力的内涵及特征,提出了提升市场反应效率、提升企业创新能力、提高人力开发能力、提升要素整合能力的对策建议。 The issue of core competitiveness of enterprises from the perspective of sustainable development of tourism enterprises is analyzed. The connotation and characteristics of its core competencies under the background as popular and international tourism industry and the diversification of customer needs are presented. Two countermeasures, which are enhancing the efficiency of the market response and enhancing innovation capability of enterprises are put forward.
