摘 要: 采用交流阻抗法研究在模拟溶液中一种以十八烷基胺(ODA)为主体的复合缓蚀剂在不同条件下对碳钢电极的缓蚀行为.结果表明,经该缓蚀剂处理的碳钢样品耐蚀性明显提高;成膜效果气相优于液相;温度在220℃左右成膜效果最好;随着表面粗糙度的增加,成膜效果变差;样品在气相中缓蚀性能随缓蚀剂质量浓度的增加而上升,当质量浓度大于25 mg/L时不再发生显著变化. The electrochemical behavior of the corrosion inhibition performance of an inhibitor containing octadeeylamine (ODA) to carbon steel was studied. The corrosion resistance of a mild steel tube treated by the inhibitor was improved. The effect of film formation in vapour phase is better than that in liquid phase. As the surface roughness increased, the resistance turned lower. The optimum temperature was around 220℃ in a range of 0-260℃. As the inhibitor' s concentration increased the specimen' s resistance was getting high, but the resistance remained unchanging when the inhibitor's concentration got more than 25 mg/L.
