摘　　要： 战国策士以"术"闻名,思想秉性却能顺势以去执,毋固毋我,柔顺而不失灵慧,与中国传统文化的"水性"特色启发感化不可分割。水性文化较之西方文化,重和、重生,且是柔和、动态、互为关联的。策士思维秉承了水性文化的顺和、融通与强烈的生命动态意识等特点,尤其是对物本同性的认同、在处理对立统一的矛盾中,更趋重视事物统一、和合、互融一面的思想方式与行为习惯。策士将水性文化由内在的品格,外化为实用的工具与谋略,并运用发挥到"流而不止"的极致境界。 The strategists in the Warring States Period are famous for stratagems. However, their thinking enlightened by Chinese traditional culture that makes a feature of water is limit - blur and pliant. Water culture is pliant which focuses on nature ＆ human combining, no - restriction and has forceful life dynamic consciousness, and the strategists＇ thinking also attaches importance to the unification on the base of antinomy ＆ uniform. The thinking manifests itself in three aspacts ： the first is limit - blur, the second the anima relating ＆ dynamic transform concept, and the third a latent ＆ pliant mode. The strategists domesticate the inherent characters of the water culture to practical tools ＆ tricks by exerting the limit- blur thinking to ultimate.
