摘 要: 基于薄板弯曲挠度理论,以某定日镜为例,分析说明薄板弯曲理论的应用,进一步分析研究镜面反射板在不同长宽比条件下的荷载挠度变化规律,并通过有限元建模分析,对薄板弯曲挠度理论进行对比研究。经工程算例表明:定日镜反射板的挠度设计采用大挠度薄板弯曲理论,不仅经济,而且可以保证结构可靠度;建议镜面薄板设计为正方形,以降低反射板挠度值。 The heliostat of Solar Tower power station locates at open terrain or suburban terrain, with high accuracy requirements during working. However, it is sensitive to gust. The heliostat is far away the solar energy receiver and the deflection for reflector plate under strong wind load makes reflected light deviate receiver. Now, the design of heliostat has not involved the deflection analysis for reflector plate. Taking a heliostat as example, the paper applies thin plate flexure theory and study regularity of load-deflection curve for reflector plate. Otherwise, the paper compares thin plate flexure theory and finite element analysis. And it is economic and reliable that the deflection for reflector plate of heliostat could adopt large-deflection thin plate flexure theory.
