摘　　要： 人才培养途径的选择,对能否培养出符合培养目标与培养规格的人才至关重要。本文认为人才培养模式的选择要考虑到人才培养目标的定位、人才培养规格的设计、人才培养方案的制订,并对学制模式、教学周期设计模式和教育模式的选择作了论述。 The selection of talent cultivation approaches plays a vital role in training the qualified talents with the desired target and specification. The author holds the talents＇ orientation, the planning of talent training specification and the formulation of talent training program should be taken into consideration while making a selection of patterns. Schooling pattern, learning process pattern and educational pattern are also elaborated in the article.
