摘 要: 近年来,随着计算机技术、网络技术,在形态学的实验课教学方面,显微数码互动教学给显微镜下微观世界教学带来了革命性的变革,在一定程度上实现了信息资源的共享。但这种共享的教学模式是局限于实验室里的共享,缺乏延伸性,不能充分满足学生主体地位和创造性的发挥。而基于网络的数字切片(或称虚拟的显微镜术)克服了显微数码互动教学系统固有的缺陷,给传统的形态学教学带来全新模式,突破了显微互动系统时间和空间上的局限性。若能将显微互动系统和基于网络的数字切片浏览系统有效的结合,将能充分利用组织胚胎学实验教学过程中形态学科的特点,更大限度的发挥学生主体和主动精神,开拓素质教育资源。除此之外也能为临床诊断、科学的研究、数字信息管理等提供了有效工具和交流平台。 With the development of computer and network technology, the micro-digital interactive system has greatly improved the efficiency of morphology teaching. At present, students can source all information during the lesson, but all actions are limited the computers located in the lab. The web-based digital slices system (virtual microscope, or virtual microscopy, VM) is a more efficient teaching mode which can permit students access to the digital slices database anywhere and anytime just through an online computer. In this way, students can study any slice that interests them with enough time and more initiative. In general, VM can enhance the students' activity and increase the usage of the sources. In addition, it will be of great value in clinical diagnosis, scientific research, and digital information management.
