摘 要: 以压电石英测力平台为核心,建立起一套小力值火箭发动机推力测量的静态标定装置,解决了静态标定中液压加载出现的问题.通过实验获得了测力平台的各项静态性能指标,并对该静态标定系统进行了不确定度分析.结果表明:该压电石英测力平台具有良好的静态特性,其线性度、重复性指标都在1%以内,且该静态标定系统测量结果的不确定度远小于5%,测量精度比较高.因此,该测力平台的各项静态指标能够满足小力值火箭发动机的推力测试要求. Based on the piezoelectric quartz force-measuring platform, a suit of static calibration apparatus of small-power rocket motor thrust measurement is established. The problem of hydraulic load is solved. The static parameters of the force-measuring platform are acquired by experiments. The uncertainty of the static calibrating system is evaluated. The experimental results indicate that the piezoelectric quartz force-measuring platform has good performance. The parameters of linearity and repeatability are all less than 1%, and the uncertainty of the measuring results of the static calibrating system is far less than 5%, which means the system has high measuring accuracy. Therefore, the static parameters of the force-measuring platform all can satisfy the need of small-power rocket motor thrust measurement.
