摘　　要： 本文根据工程控制网存在造标费用大,寻常标未能充分利用和不便保护等问题,提出了全网无标设计方案和实施这种方案的技术措施。该文结合所试验的实例,说明无标设计的可行性,并总结几点有益的结论。 The ordinary triangulation network has the following drawbacks: the expense is great, the ordinary tower targets cannot be fully utilized and the inconveniences to protect the targets. This paper presents the design scheme of no tower target network and measures taken to conduct these schemes. In connection with case histories, this paper explains the feasibility of the no tower target network design. Finally, some beneficial conclusions are drawn.
