摘 要: 激光振镜是一种优良的扫描器件。但是激光振镜扫描方式存在着固有扫描场的几何畸变,表现为x方向上的枕形失真、y方向上的桶形失真和一般的线性失真。当扫描场较大时,极大地影响了激光加工的质量。本文以提高校正精度为目标,通过分析和对比几种软件校正算法原理及试验效果,从而找出了其中一种实用、简单、灵活的校正方法。 The laser galvanometer is a good kind of scanning device. But the laser galvanometer scanning style has the intrinsic graphic distortion, it expressed as the pillow-shaped field distortion along x direction, pillow--shaped field distortion along y direction and general linear distortion. When the scanning area is large, it will create a bad influence to the quality of laser process. In order to increase the precision of correction, this article finds out a practical, simple and elastic correction algorithm, by introducing some typical algorithms and comparing the experimental effects of various algorithms.
