摘　　要： 纤维素酶是一种多酶复合体系,其作用的底物比较复杂,活力测定方法也存在差异。如何准确测定纤维素酶活力的大小,对于研究该酶的特性及应用具有重要的意义。本文对纤维素酶测定的常用方法进行了综述和评价。 Cellulase is a kind of multi-enzyme complex with complicated substrates.Methods for cellulase activity determination are varied. It is important to accurately detect the activity of cellulase for studying this enzyme. Numerous available methods were reviewed in this paper.
