切削速度对切削过程温度分布影响的研究

摘  要: 有限元分析是研究金属切削过程的有力手段,各种有限元商业软件的算法不同,所以各软件的使用范围和准确性有待进一步分析。本文将Deform-3D软件用于切削过程的数值模拟,通过与实验数据的比较,证明在中高速度范围内,Deform-3D的数值模拟结果是较为准确的,随着切削速度的增加,模拟结果的误差增大。随后用Deform-3D软件模拟了不同切削速度对切削区温度分布的影响,模拟结果表明,刀屑接触区及工件上的最高速度都随切削速度的增加而升高,但工件上温度升高的趋势较平缓。 For resent years, many commercial finite element analysis codes are used to deal with cutting process. As these codes are based on different algorithms, it is not known if and by what degree results each of them will be use. The aim of this pa- per is to evaluate the availability of Deform - 3D in cutting process. Comparison with experiment results shows that the Deform - 3D can be used to simulate the temperature distribution in cutting process within middle to high cutting speeds. Within very high cutting speed, the relevant error of the Deform - 3D is up to 8.6%. Deform - 3D is also used to analysis the influence of cutting speed on temperature distribution in cutting process. Results show that the highest temperature in work piece and cutting chip both increase with the increase of cutting speed.
