日粮不同能量水平对黄羽肉鸡采食规律的影响
Effects of different energy level in dietary on feed intake of yellow-feathered broilers

摘  要: 为研究日粮中代谢能(ME)对黄羽肉鸡的采食规律和相关激素的影响,试验按黄羽肉鸡(黄鸡)生长阶段分3期(前期:1~25d;中期:26~45d;后期:46~65d/75d)进行,各期试鸡随机分成4组,分别饲喂不同ME日粮。每天记录黄鸡的采食量,于试验前期和后期结束测定试鸡血清三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)和甲状腺素(T4)的水平。结果发现:各阶段各组黄鸡日采食量无显著性差异;总耗料前期第Ⅳ组显著降低(P<0.05);Quadratic模型曲线能较好的拟合黄鸡的累积日采食量曲线(R2均为0.999);血清T3和T4水平各组差异不显著。试验表明各期所设ME水平对黄鸡的采食量和生长发育影响较小,考虑到节省成本,黄鸡日粮应采用低ME水平。 This trials was conducted to determine the effects of dietary metabolizable energy (ME)on feed intake and serum thyroid hormone in Lingnan Yellow Broilers.Broilers in the starter phase (1 - 25 d),the grower phase (26 - 45 d) and the finisher phase( 1 - 65 d/75 d)were randomly divided into four groups and fed diets with different levels of ME,respectively.The results showed that there was no significant difference in daily feed intake, but the total feed intake of broilers in group Ⅳ was significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05).Quadratic curve showed a good fit to total feed intake curve of broilers (R^2=0.999).The serum T3 and T4 level also had no significant difference in every group.According to the result,the four ME diets in each period didn't affect the feed intake and metabolism of broiler,and the optimal ME level should be lower among the four ME levels in order to save feed cost.
