摘 要: 目的:建立凉茶中15种有机氯农药残留的检测方法。方法:采用正己烷+丙酮(1+1)混合液提取凉茶中的农药残留,提取液过弗罗里硅土小柱净化,用正己烷+乙酸乙酯(9+1)混合溶液作洗脱液,8 ml即可将15种农药组分全部洗脱,方法简便快捷。结果:加标实验表明,15种农药的加标回收率在79.9%~107.3%之间,变异系数均小于8.7%,检出限在0.005~0.01μg/L之间。结论:采用该方法对市场上的几十种凉茶产品进行抽样检测,发现在小凉茶铺出售的凉茶产品中检出了农药成分。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 15 organo -chlorine pesticides in chinese herbal tea by gas chromatography. Methods: The analytical procedure requires sample extraction with solution containing hexane and acetone ( 1 + 1 ), followed by a clean up step through a florisil cartridge. Finally, pesticides were eluted with hexane and ethyl acetate (9 + 1 ). The determination of organo - chlorine pesticide residues was performed by capillary gas chromatography with electron capture detection. Results:The mean recoveries of 15 organo -chlorine pesticides were 79. 9% - 107. 3%, coefficient variations (CV) less than 8.7%, and the detection limits in the range of 0. 005 to 0. 01ug/L. Conclusion:The proposed method is easy to perform.
