摘 要: 以邻碘苯胺和3,3-二甲基丁炔为原料,经Sonogashira交叉偶联反应、羰基化环合反应合成了3-(1-氯-2,2-二甲基)亚丙基)吲哚酮,该方法反应步骤少,产物的立体选择性好,反应总产率为64.7%,产物结构经由MS和NMR确证. 3 -(1 - chloro - 2,2 - dimethylpropylidene) indolin - 2 - one was synthesized through Sonogashira eoupling and Carbonylative annulation reaction used 2 - iodoaniline and 3,3 - dimethylbut - 1 - yne as the initial materials. The method had the advantages of fewer steps and good selectivity. The yield of 3 -(1 - chloro -2,2 -dimethylpropylidene) indolin- 2 -one was up to 64.7%. The product was determined by MS and NMR spectrum.
