摘　　要： 运动员作为联赛的参与主体在篮球职业化过程中具有重要作用,然而,运动员在体育市场上的流动中存在的"马太效应"却影响和制约了篮球职业化的健康发展,为此,本文重点对篮球职业化中运动员流动中的"马太效应"的成因进行了系统分析。 As participants of the basketball league, athletes play an important role in the process of basketball professionalism. However, the Matthew effect during the transfer of athletes in the sports market influences the basketball professionalism to develop healthy. Therefore, this paper analyzes the causes of Matthew Effect＇ s coming into being during the transfer of athletes in the sports market.
