摘 要: 将健康鸡与卡氏住白细胞虫病鸡混养,其间加入一定量库蠓,经12~13d后出现明显的临诊症状(贫血、排绿便等)。第9d血片检查出少量裂殖子,至13~14d染虫率达到最高峰,至18~20d找到成熟的大、小配子体。在病鸡、病愈鸡的血涂片中,均可见到数量不等的Ⅱ期裂殖子,持续时间达35d以上,证明有带虫鸡存在。调查地主要有尖喙库蠓、荒川库蠓和大熊库蠓存在,以尖喙库蠓比例最大,占93.4%,是本地的优势种。 The normal chickens,reared in wire-cage with sick ones and given number of culicoides,behaved remarkable symptoms such as anaemia and green dropping etc between twelve and thirteen day after exposure.The merozoites appeared few on day 9,at most on 13 or 14 day after exposure in the peripheral blood of chickens,the ripen macrogametes and microgametes were found between eighteen and twenty day after exposure.The different number of Ⅱ stage merozoites were found for 35 days or more in the peripheral blood of sick and recovery chickens.Three species of culicoides were found in the investigation.They are C.arakawae,C.oxystoma and C.okumensis.Among these C.oxystoma is dominant species (93.4%)
