摘 要: 理想主义是大学教师一直以来神往、景仰、体悟和促其奋进的精神体系。大学教师的素质要素、学术发展、社会服务需要理想主义的支撑,而加强大学教师的理想主义自身机制建设,创设理想主义的外部环境提供大学教师理想主义追求的可能性。 Idealism is the spiritual system with which faculty have always been fascinated, and with which they have admired, understood and promoted. The quality elements, academic development and social services of faculty needs the support of idealism. Strengthening the idealist construction mechanism of the faculty and creating an extemal environment of idealism provides the potentional pursuit for faculty idealism.
