摘 要: 对真空绝热玻璃(真空玻璃)应力进行了理论分析,用弹性力学的的结点法建立真空玻璃应力分布数学计算模型。计算结果表明,抽真空后,玻璃中的最大应力为7.381MPa,最小应力为-1.809MPa,支柱截面上的正应力为124MPa,轴向变形为0.1865μm,满足抗压强度要求。 The stress on vacuum glass were theoretical analyzed, and the model of the stress distribution were established by the crunode method of elastic mechanics. The calculation results show that the maximum stress on vacuum glass was 7. 381MPa, the minimum stress was -1. 809MPa, the positive stress on the brace was 124MPa, the axial deformation was 0. 1865μm. All meet strength requirements.
