摘 要: 基于分级膜分离等技术对右旋糖酐进行分离纯化,得到多段分子量分布较为集中的右旋糖酐片段。采用化学发光法测定了右旋糖酐及葡萄糖对活性氧自由基的清除作用,结果表明:右旋糖酐分子量对H2O2、羟自由基(·OH)的清除有较为明显的影响,其中样品Dex-13具有最大的清除率,葡萄糖清除率最低,在超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)清除实验中,右旋糖酐分子量对其自由基清除作用影响不大,各段右旋糖酐抗氧化性能相差不大,且均小于葡萄糖。 Several dextrans with different molecular weight was obtained based on fractional membrane filtration and other measures. The free radical scavenging abilities of dextrans and glucose towards reactive oxygen species (ROS) was determined by chemiluminescence technique. The result shows that, the scavenging reaction kinetics of dextrans varied with molecular weight evidently in removing hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and hydroxyl radical (·OH), where sample "Dex-13" and glucose exhibit the strongest and weakest antioxidant activity respectively. However, in the superoxide radical anion (O2^-·) assay, molecular weight affect uncons-picuously on scavenging rate of dextrans, which show lower antioxidant activity than glucose in this assay.
