摘 要: 以溶藻弧菌为研究对象,对定量检测生物被膜的超声波平板法进行条件优化,对优化的超声波平板法与平板擦拭法进行比较,并采用银染法进行验证。试验结果表明,优化的超声波平板法的最佳条件为:超声波功率120 W,处理14 min,处理温度25℃,优于平板擦拭法。 Biofilms are characterized by widespread and hard to be dete tential risk to aquaculture production and fishery product safety. The ed and eliminated,which are poltrasonic-plate method was optimized to eliminate bacterium Vibrio alginolyticus as a biofilms model strain and compared with the plateswabbing method and then the silver-staining method was used for verification. The results showed that the optimal conditions for ultrasonic-plate method were found to be: ultrasonic power of 120 W, treatment time 14 min and temperature of 25 ℃. The optimized ultrasonic-plate method was superior to the plateswabbing method.
