摘 要: 虚拟飞行器风洞是虚拟现实技术和CFD技术在飞行器设计和改型中的应用。阐明了虚拟风洞的组成和实现的基本流程,在求解雷诺平均三维不可压Navier-Stokes方程的基础上,采用有限体积法对其进行离散,并运用比较成熟的SIMPLE算法进行求解,在WTK平台上针对某模型进行仿真计算,而后进行了试验验证。对比分析模拟结果与试验结果,表明采用这种方法与传统的风洞试验相比,能够交互式地从各个不同的方位更形象更直观地观察飞行器外流场的流态,同时也证明虚拟风洞的计算是真实可信的。 Virtual wind tunnel is the application of virtual reality and CFD technology in air plane design. Virtual wind tunnel composition and realization work process were represented. Based on the solution by CFD technique for the Reynolds averaged incompressible Navier-strokes equation of 3D turbulence flow, using finite-volume method for discrete equation, it was solved by SIMPLE algorithm. One model was emulated on the WTK platform, and the results were proved by wind tunnel tests. Compared with simulation result and test result, it proved that external flow field pattern of one aircraft could be observed directly from each different direction by using the calculation of virtual wind tunnel. The result also proves that the calculation results of virtual aircraft wind tunnel are credible.
