摘 要: 采用马斯洛人本主义哲学基础的自我教育概念,提出大学生自我教育能力由自主学习能力、自我管理能力、自我评价能力和沟通能力四要素构成。高校社团对大学生自我教育能力的养成主要体现在四个方面:激发自主学习能力、激活自我管理能力、改善自我评价和提高沟通能力。 This paper's is based on the concept of self-education of Abraham Maslow's humanistic philosophy, which proposes that students' self-education consists of the ability of self-learning, self-management, self-evaluation and communication skills. Associations of College Students could mainly foster the students' self-education in four aspects: inspire the ability of self-learning, activate the ability of self-management, improve the skills in self-evaluation and communication.
