雌配子染色体加倍获得的三倍体毛白杨新无性系苗期性状的对比研究

摘  要: 对由雌配子染色体加倍获得的三倍体毛白杨新无性系和二倍体对照,采用完全随机区组试验设计,在北京8家苗圃的试验林选取8个三倍体毛白杨新无性系和2个二倍体对照系进行了前期生长期内的树高、地径、胸径、叶长、叶宽和叶厚生长特性的测定,并且测定了干物质含量、叶绿素含量,以及不同CO2浓度下的净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率的变化曲线.结果发现:1)4月底到5月底期间为本次试验中的毛白杨新无性系和二倍体无性系的缓慢生长期;2)在雌配子染色体加倍的三倍体无性系中,401生长性状和光合特性显著优于其他无性系和二倍体,是毛白杨新无性系中表现最优异的无性系;3)雌配子染色体加倍得到的三倍体无性系在多个性状上呈现出多样性,并不是所有三倍体无性系都优于二倍体对照系. Found finally, 1) At time when the end of April has been by the end of May, for Populus tomentosa Cart. new asexual department and slow growth period in plant such as liploid;2) Among female gamete chromosome triploid asexual department, 401 grow property and shut characteristic it superior to others to be number and liploid notably only, it is Populus tomentosa Cart. that display a excellent one number most in the new asexual department;3) Female gamete triploid asexual department that chromosome get demonstrate variety at a lot of property, not all triploid asexual department superior to liploid contrast department.
