摘　　要： "国际新创企业"现象对传统企业国际化理论所认为的企业国际化是一个渐进的发展过程的观点提出质疑。新创企业的国际化具有激进性特征,包括四种基本形式:地域激进性、方式激进性、职能激进性和业务激进性。在整合新兴的企业国际化理论的基础上,融合知识管理的观点,对新创企业国际化的激进性特征作出解释。最后,对企业家的个体知识、企业的组织知识和组织间网络中的知识与新创企业国际化特征的关系进行更深入的理论探讨,并提出一些理论命题供以后实证研究参考。 The phenomenon of international new ventures brings forward oppugn on the viewpoint that firm＇ s internationalization is an incremental development process deemed by traditional enterprise＇ s internationalization theory. The internationalization of new ventures possesses the characteristic of radicalness, including four basic forms：zone radicalness, mode radicalness, function radicalness and operation radicalness. On the basis of integrating emerging enterprises＇ international theories, introjecting the viewpoint of knowledge management, the radical characteristic of the internationalization of new ventures is explained. Finally, the relationship between entrepreneur＇ s individual knowledge, finn＇s organizational knowledge,interorganizational network knowledge and the feature of internationalization of new ventures is further discussed,and some theoretical hypothesises are put forward for the purpose of empirical study in the future.
