摘 要: 针对开环控制下的介质阻挡放电(Dielectric Barrier Discharge,简称DBD)型臭氧发生器的供电电源易出现不稳定状况,设计了一套采用电压闭环和移相控制的全桥串联负载谐振式逆变器供电的臭氧发生器供电电源系统。详细介绍了臭氧发生电源系统的结构、逆变电路控制方式、功率调节控制策略以及驱动电路的设计过程。实验结果表明,所设计的供电电源能解决臭氧发生器过压、电源系统易受外界干扰波动等问题,同时还具有功率调节便利和逆变电路电流接近正弦波等优点,具有良好的工程应用价值。 With open-loop control strategy, the power supply for dielectric-barrier discharge (DBD) type ozonizer will be unstable.In order to solve the problem, a power supply powered by full bridge serial resonant inverter with phase shifting control and close-loop control strategy is designed.The configuration of power supply for ozonizer,the control method of inverter,the power regulating strategy and the driver Circuit of inverter are demonstrated.Experimental results prove that the power supply has a lot of good characteristics, such as being able to solve the overshot voltage of ozonizer, easy disturbed by ambience, convenient to regulate power of ozonizer and the current of inverter being close to sinusoidal wave, et al.Becausal of these characters, the inverter power supply for ozouizer has practical engineering value.
