摘　　要： 人身危险性评估是指对犯罪人再犯可能性的有无及其大小所作的推测,它在我国社区矫正中有着非常重要的价值。与国外科学的社区矫正危险评估体系相比,我国社区矫正对象的危险评估,仍然存在评估标准不明确、评估机构不专业、评估方法不全面以及评估程序不规范等方面的缺陷。构建我国社区矫正对象的人身危险性评估体系,可以选择以下四个路径进行:第一,设置社区矫正危险评估委员会;第二,编制再犯预测量表;第三,实施动态的、全方位的评估;第四,建立社区矫正前的人格调查制度。 Estimate of personal risk is essential in community correction. Compared with the foreign personal risk estimate system,the system in China is deficient in standard,organization,methods and procedure of estimate. The author＇s ideas on constructing personal risk estimate system in China are as follows：the estabhshraent of professional estimate organization,the set up of scientific estimate standard, the dynamical and total enforcement of estimate, and investigation in reputation of commanity correction objects.
