摘 要: 为了寻求一种合适的研究纯金属纳米薄膜光学性质的方法,采用有效介质理论中的Maxwell—Garnett理论计算了纳米铜膜对光的反射、透射及吸收情况。结果表明,Maxwell—Garnett理论的计算结果与实验值在定性上较符合,适于对纯金属纳米薄膜的光学性质进行理论研究。 To find a method fitting to study the optical properties of nanometer metal film, In this paper, the reflection, transmission and absorption dependence on thickness of the nanometer copper film in visible-infrared region are investi gated. The results show that the calculation values on Maxwell-Garnett theory are well in accordance with the experimental ones. Maxwell-Garnnet theory is suitable to study the optical properties of nanometer metal film.
