摘 要: 本文根据光传输理论导出介质消光系数、折射率与介质电磁参数、光波频率、电偶极子浓度和迁移率等的关系。并分析光激发与增加气敏介质的氧吸附的规律,结合实验说明气敏薄膜的光学变化机制,为今后的研究和应用发展打下基础。 Based on the theory of optical transfer, the relationship of extinction coefficient and refractive index of medium with electromagnetic parameter, optical frequency, consistence of electric dipole, mobility, etc.is derived in this paper, followed by an analysis of the law for optical excitation and increase of oxygenous adherence of gas sensitive medium and by an experiment optical change mechanism of gas sensitive thin film are explained. These become a foundation for study and applied development in the future.
