摘 要: 研究目的在于分析运动诱导的IL-6上升对骨骼肌、肝脏、脂肪血糖代谢特异性影响的生物学意义和分子生物学机制。通过文献法,本研究推测"IL-6在骨骼肌加强、而在脂肪和肝脏抑制胰岛素信号"是IL-6对糖代谢组织特异性作用的原因,运动时,IL-6特异性的生物学意义在于让糖类物质更好满足机体能源供应。 The purpose of the paper is to analyze the biological significance and molecular mechanism of tissue specificity effection on glucose in skeletal muscle,liver, fat by exercise induced IL-6. By literature reading, the author speculate insulin signal's tissue specifichy is the point;the significance is that regulating glucose to meet body's need better.
