摘 要: 研究了一种基于明暗恢复形状的三维视觉测量方法,可以通过单幅灰度图像获取表面三维形貌信息,进而对工件表面加工质量或缺陷进行检测。本文采用了轴承表面质量进行检测分析,实验证明该三维测量方法能够精确获取工件表面的深度信息,并可以检测出轴承工件的表面缺陷区域的深度信息。同时,该方法具有操作简单,硬件成本低,处理速度快,精度较高的特点,能够用于工业在线检测。 Based on the shape from shading theory,a new 3D vision inspection method had been studied,which can recover the 3D shape of surface by a single gray image,and then can apply to full judge the quality of the part surface machining and defect.The result of the experiment of the ring surface 3D inspection proved that the method of our inspection system is quite well in acquiring the surface depth and also can inspect bearing surface defect area location.And also,the method had the characteristics of simple operation,low cost,rapid process speed and high precision,which can be applied to the industry on line inspection.
