摘 要: 承受交变载荷的轴零件轴颈磨损到一定尺寸后将无法使用。对其采用镍磷化学镀技术修复,恢复至原尺寸和表面精度。结果表明:修复后的风扇电机轴在有润滑条件下运行良好。 The shaft of motors subjected to alternating load will fail due to wear-induced size loss at a certain degree. Thus electroless Ni-P plating was used to repair the worn shaft and restore the original size and surface precision. It was found that the motor shaft of electric fans after repair operated well under lubricated condition, receiving anticipated repairing efficacy.
