摘　　要： 打造具有高的学术、技术水平和编校印装质量的国际一流科技期刊已成为当务之急。本文从提高期刊的学术质量,加强期刊的编辑水平和保证期刊的可持续发展三方面,探讨了文献检索对于提高期刊质量,创建精品科技期刊的重要意义。 It has become very urgent to build an internationally top sci-tech journal with high level of academic and technique, as well as good quality of editing and imprinting. Herein, the importance of bibliographic retrieval for the improvrnent of journals quality in the perspectives of academic quality, editing level, and sustainable development was well discussed.
