摘 要: 鉴于高等真菌(如灵芝、云芝)发酵液具有高浓度、大颗粒、颗粒柔性和呈非牛顿液体性质,但表观粘度不是很大等特征,造成目前市售粘度计或流变仪难以对其进行有效的流变测量等情况,本文对NDJ-2G型旋转圆筒粘度计进行改装、标定和修正,使其量程变小、灵敏度提高,且实现转子的无级变速,从而可对高等真菌发酵液进行精确的流变测量。 The fermentation suspensions of fungi have complex non-Newtonian rheological behavior because the solid phase in them is in high concentration and the particles are flexible and in large size, and it is difficult to measure them by using the available viscometers or rheometers. A set of NDJ-2G type of rotating cylinder viscometer was refitted and fixed, its measurement range was decreased a little but the sensitivity was increased a lot, and its rotating speed can be changed freely. It was applied successfully and accurately in measuring the theological properties of fermentation fluids of Ganoderma lucidum and Polystictus versicolor.
