摘　　要： 介绍了纤维素酶和半纤维素酶水解纤维素的作用机理及利用酶制剂改善纸浆性能的研究进展。生物酶通过催化水解部分纤维素,能改善纸浆的性能,达到降低打浆能耗的目的。 This paper introduces the hydrolysis mechanism of cellulose lay cellulase and hemicellulase. The research progress of enzyme treatment to improve pulp properties is also described. Enzymes can promote refining process by partly hydrolyzing the cellulose. This method presents an energy, saving possibility in pulp refining.
