摘　　要： 研究了数论中Euler函数的例外值问题,得到了8||n(即n=8p1a1p2a2psas,其中p1,p2,,ps为互异的奇质数)的正整数n是Euler函数例外值的充分必要条件. Abstract： Researches the exceptional value of Euler function in number theory, obtains the necessary and sufficient conditions for the positive interger n to be the exceptional value of Euler function when n satisfy 8｜｜n （n = 8p1^a1p2^a2…ps^as; p,, p1,p2…, ps are inequal odd prime）.
