摘　　要： 基于物流被纳入国家振兴产业,分析了我国物流专业人才需求定位,指出物流专业人才必须具有管理、物流和商业三大技能。由于传统教育观念适应不了现代化物流发展的要求,传统的教育方法不利于学生综合能力的培养,传统的专业教材跟不上物流发展的步伐。从多元化教学模式研究实用型物流管理专业人才创新性培养是一种积极的尝试。 This paper analyzes the demand for logistics professionals targeted and points out that logistics professionals must have the management, logistics and business skills of the three. Because the concept of traditional education can not meet the requirements of the development of modern logistics, the traditional method of education is not conducive to the comprehensive ability of students, traditional teaching can not catch up with the logistics of professional development. Diversified teaching model from the practical logistics management professionals innovative culture is a positive attempt.
