摘　　要： 目的探讨中学生性行为的相关危险因素。方法采用1:4配比病例对照研究的方法,对216例病例及864例对照的相关资料进行Cox回归分析。结果曾吸烟、曾饮酒、认为毒品令人愉快是中学生发生性行为的危险因素,其OR值分别为2.050、3.566、1.189;赞成应教育青少年安全使用药物是保护因素,其OR值为0.842。结论中学生性行为发生率与曾吸烟、曾饮酒、认为毒品令人愉快等因素有关。 Objective To explore the risk factors of sexual behavior among secondary school students. Methods A 1：4 matched case-control study was carried out in Guangzhou City. Data of 216 cases and 864 controls were analyzed with Cox regression model. Results The results showed that smoking, drinking, thinking that drug was pleased were identified as risk factors, with odds ratios of 2.050, 3.566, and 1. 189, respectively, while to agree to help the adolescents use drug safely was Proved to be a preventive factor, with odds ratio of 0. 842. Conclusions The sexual behavior among secondary school students seems to be related to smoking, drinking, thinking that drug is pleased.
