摘　　要： 医学英语属科技英语范畴,但作为一门独立的分支学科,有其显著性学科特征。医学翻译是获取国外先进医疗信息的重要手段,是一种跨语言的医学文化交流,并具有与之相应的翻译原则,医学翻译应准确完整地传递医学文化信息。 Medical English falls into the category of English for Science and Technology （EST） ,which owns some typical features as an independent discipline in its own right. Medical translation is an important method to obtain foreign advanced medieal information as well as a kind of cross-cuhural communication. When translating,how to transfer medical cultural connotation becomes the elaboration focus of this article.
