摘 要: 自1983年始中国出境旅游起步,到2008年中国出境旅游发生了翻天覆地的变化。文章以2008年这个具有里程碑式的年份为节点,对中国出境旅游20多年的国际化进程进行系统的回顾、梳理与总结,提出中国出境旅游经历港澳游、边境游和出国游三个阶段,提出未来亟需中国旅游企业国际化、旅游人才国际化、中国游客国际化的观点。 In 2008, China had gone through 30 years of the reform and opening-up process. In the past 30 years, Chinese outbound tourism has changed dramatically. With 2008 as a landmark year, this paper systematically reviews and summarizes the internationalization process of Chinese outbound tourism of more than two decades. It concludes that Chinese outbound tourism has experienced three stages: Hong Kong and Macao Tourism, Border Tourism and Abroad Tourism, and puts forward the idea that the internationalization of Chinese tourism enterprises, Chinese tourism professionals and Chinese tourists is of great importance.
