摘　　要： 晚明文人结社之风盛行,士人以文会友、诗酒酬唱,形成了一种时代风气和社会潮流。考证潘之恒在各地的结社活动,可以了解晚明文人的生活风貌、精神状态以及对其文学创作的影响。 The late Ming Dynasty saw a flourishing movement to establish societies, in which scholars led the times by exchanging and reviewing their literary works to befriend each other. This article surveys Pan Zhiheng＇s society establishment in different places to facilitate understanding of those scholars＇ life, minds and literary engagement in the late Ming Dynasty.
