摘　　要： 近年来,国内外对植物中黄酮类化合物的研究越来越深入,随着分子生物学、化学分析学等相关科学的相互渗透,对黄酮类化合物的提取及药理作用都有了很大进展,逐渐发现黄酮类化合物不仅是天然活性成分中极具应用潜力的资源之一,而且是低毒甚至无毒的药用成分,成为医学界的热门研究。刺五加黄酮类化合物是从刺五加的花、叶及果实等各个部位中提取分离出的一类生物活性黄酮类化合物。阐述了刺五加黄酮类化合物的提取分离、纯化、结构及药理作用等,为以后黄酮类化合物的更深入研究奠定基础。 In recent years,domestic and foreign more and more studies to the plant flavonoids research , With correlation discipline like molecular biology, chemical analytics and so on mutual seepage has made a great progress to the flavonoids extraction separation and pharmacological action , not only gradually discovered the flavonoids one of the most potentially applicable resources with natural biological activities ,but also found it low poisonous even nontoxic. In the medical profession it became the popular research. A kind of biology activity flavonoids which punctures aeanthopanax senticosus flavonoids is from acanthopanax senticosus in the flowers,leaves and fruit extraction and separation. This article elaborates aeanthopanax senticosus flavonoids in the aspects of extraction , separation,purification ,structure analysis and the pharmacological cation etc. ,it lays the foundation for flavonoids more through research.
